Just finished part I, and can I just say I love everything about this world building. Part II already begins with a huge bang: The empress is an enemy? Is her purpose the greater good?

It’s exams week and I have a problem: I am addicted to this book. I am scared shitless because right now I’m in the part where Kitay and Rin are chilling in the festival and I think this happiness is not going to last long😭☠️ Also I’m like 200% convinced that Rin is a Speer. All that anger and brutality gotta come from somewhere. MOM PICK ME UP I’M SCARED.

It’s even better that when I read it for the first time! I’m enjoying it so much it’s insane. The best part is I don’t remember half of the book, so I get to enjoy this piece of art again. I can’t wait to get to the second book!
