I've been meaning to read this series for years. His Galaxy Outlaws series was excellent so I have high hopes.

nnnnNNNngaaahhhhh...... maaaaaaaannnn.....

It's rare that you can read the first page of a book and know that this is something you don't want to put down.

I don't understand why I so desperately want this book to end. It is such a slog, it drags on and on. I mean it's good-ish, but I just can't take it. Normally by 90% I have to know what's going to happen and I can't wait to finish a book so I read to the exclusion of most other things, but this time I just want it to end not out of excitement of interest, I just don't want to stop with only 10% remaining.

Getting there... slowly.

It's certainly picking up speed. Just too busy to commit a lot of time to it. Hopefully I finish it soon.
