19 yr old Gabriella is very clearly an domestic abuse victim, described by multiple independent witnesses as having exteme bruises, being fearful of this man, being publically abused by much older powerful married abuser and the press and French society of the time are still painting her as the adulterous vixen villian & it hard to read. History sucks sometimes
