Unable to finish, was just not catching me

I am not feeling it...sorry. I have gotten half way through it, so I did try.

The graphic sexual violence, along with just sexual situations are just a bit to much. I can deal with it if it was not the whole topic, which what I read was.

I may of missed the part of being told this is what to expect. I have read other stories on prison time served topic. So for those thinking “what do you expect with such a topic?” Not from what I read, that’s for sure.

I really tried to get into this, but I just couldn’t. The story itself...oh my goodness, I am not even sure how to describe it. The Narrator went perfect with this story...could not listen to her anymore.
It is very rare that I cannot finish or like a book, sadly this fell into that category.

I could not continue, yes I was aware what type of book it was. I am all for a good laugh, but as little as I read, it was overkill.

I loved it! It took me longer to finish because I was so happy to explore my home town and its past
