So far I’m enjoying the book. I was really wary about it after reading most of the reviews. However, I have learned over time that, like all art, appreciating a book can be objective. My overall takeaway from the reviews was that the second half of the book was lackluster and didn’t contain all of the excitement and scares the first half did. So far, I don’t find that to be the case. I hope it stays that way.
