Hit a slump and now I’m back on the wagon! I am enjoying the build up and tension of Feyre and Rhys.

Wow. This is such a great series so far. I’m enjoying the detailed descriptions of each court as the story progresses. I am all about Feyre’s character development! At this point though, I really wonder how it’s going to end with her and Tamlin. And Velaris! Wow. I was truly convinced Rhys was just a bad guy…

Slowly making my way through this epic series! I’ve never been a fantasy girly, but I’m so down with the way Haas blends fantasy and romance. I’m anxious to see what the future holds for Feyre and Tamlin!

Honestly, this author is new to me. The book was slow to start initially and it wasn’t until I was about 40% into the book that I actually started getting into reading it. Caught myself holding my breath a few times already. I’m still anxious to see what happened to Meredith and can’t wait to finish this book to find out.

Didn’t think I’d be reading this series so quickly, but the books are definitely better than the movie adaptation. It’s really sweet to see the impact Ana is having on Christian and vice versa.

Really enjoying the plot so far. The more I keep reading the more disgusted I feel about Asa’s character. At this point in the book, I am terrified for both Sloan and Carter (Luke). Sloan had a near slip up and it could have cost her dearly. I think Asa is catching on and I am anxious to see how much longer they can keep things under wraps…

I cannot put this book down! Samra shares her struggles and triumphs of being a Pakistani daughter. Her family moves to Canada where she desperately wants to be accepted by her peers and fit in. It is revealed that her mom has arranged for her to marry Nasir, her first cousin who lives with them. She is only 13.

I bought this book on clearance and was saddened to find out about where the author was today. I loved the brand and have always appreciated the positive and uplifting messages their products contained. So far, I’ve really been intrigued by Jen’s journey to entrepreneurship and mental health wellness.
