Liking this storyline and her surprises, fits well with the series

Really liking these characters. Same old tropes, don’t care… I dig it.

The door frame lean… oh we’re off to a good start.

Audrey is precious and heartfelt, and I’m loving finally getting to know Flint.

I like this one even more than the first in the series. This is a grumpy/sunshine in the best way, and I am here for the secret pining and dual perspective. I also relate so much to Eloise, I feel like she read my diaries before writing this book. Hopes are high for the denouement

Courtney… you are clever, funny, and every time you list a witty book title I’m still looking to see if they’re real. They’re not, but they’re so plausible that I want them to be! I hope you write every one of the rom coms so far listed. 73% into this book and steady feet- don’t fail me now. There is such potential for this to be a five star!

The story is getting settled in… and man I just like her writing. It doesn’t feel cheesy or typical. There’s still depth to a light hearted story.
