I just finished the section on vaccines. It struck me as pretty good and more robust than many other discussions I have encountered, but what I found glaringly absent was a discussion of the actual, qualified risks of the diseases against which vaccines protect. For a book that is otherwise so heavy on data, I expected a more thorough treatment of the actual risks of vaccinating or not against various diseases.
