We’re getting to the home stretch and stuff has definitely hit the fan! Im hoping for some big climatic moment but have no idea what could happen... hope we end on a high to lead into the 2nd book

Instead of focusing what happens externally taking ownership of your role in every situation and growing from it. It aint easy, nor is living a life worth living.

Starting the last week, Week 12: Recovering a Sense of Faith. Faith in myself and looking back on the journey the growth I’ve seen has encouraged me to continue going and be proud of how far ive come as well

Already off to a good start. On my own i’ve been trying to understand my annoyance with this “happiness culture”. Within the first chapter I feel I’ve found a more articulate kindred spirit that discusses the Backwards Law and how the more you wish you were happy the less happy you become. Brilliant! Excited to work on this book.
