It was insightful. There were moments when I couldn't follow what the chapter was explaining but I still got a bit of notes that is useful.

It was aomehow a good read. I have picked up some tips and techniques that I could use but so far it wasn't that helpful to me. The book could be useful for those who can change their own lifestyle but for some, it would be better to actually go to a professional for help.
