Just got my copy in. I adored Amy's first book, which teaches you how to look at things with new perspectives. I have no doubt this one will be just as life changing as the first one!

81 pages in and I just finished the first day of seven. I'm not sure I'll make it through all seven.

Still meh. Trying hard to keep going to finish it.

I recently found this book after we moved and have continued my quest to finish it.

This book is charming. It sounds corny, but its delightful to read and fun to hear about someone involving them in the world of one of my favorite yarn producing animals!

Sorry for the flood of new updates - spent 5 hours at the car repair place Friday and read for most of it!

I continue to hang onto the story trying to find a salvation for the writing style. I think the author is struggling with such a large cast of characters, and GoT style, she drops some off the face of the planet while getting too intimate with others. I'm rooting for Aaron Williams!

This book is tough, and not in an academic way. The sprawling scope is difficult to cope with, and with so many unlikable characters, its tough to find people to motivate you to keep going. Aaron, Chloe, Ada, and Quartz are the ones that make me keep turning pages, because their stories are the highlights of this novel. I hope it gets better!

I forget when I'm outside of the Amazon universe I can find page numbers LOL. This is a really interesting book and I have a feeling the review is going to be quite detailed.

I started this last month. Its not easy reading but its fascinating so I'm slowly but surely making progress.

This is proving to be as good as the original. Definite rave! Loving the story of the aftermath of the Lattice fall.

Soldier through the side trip, its worth it! Gets good again in the next part.

This little side trip with Clodius and Lucellus is NOT enjoyable. She needs to get back to Rome.

Call this my adult book to read. Really loving the engrossing story and the way it sheds new light on the story of Julius Caesar (new to me, at least).

Only read Alexia's story already, haven't read the rest.

Next to Alexia's story, I'm not liking the others as much and I have to hold on one story due to spoilers with its place within the trilogy.

This book shows the best and the worst of urban fantasy. Some of these books have been torture to read, yet others have been such a delight that I've sought out their authors to read more.

Anthologies like this offer a great value, but I've not seen one like this where my taste in the books runs the extremes (love/hate).

A little lost, but I have a feeling that's intentional as the main character feels the same way!

Really forgot what a slog this book can be. The highlights of the language Mantel uses can be great, but the story just conflicts with what I know of the historical Cromwell, so I have a hard time concentrating on what Mantel envisions his story to be.
