Been having to skip through many parts because there are some ✨adult scenes✨ the plot is interesting but the relationship between the main characters is slightly annoying lol

FINALLY — things are happening. There has to be a relation between Thea and the Daughter of Darkness or else the DoD wouldn’t be spying on her. Something isn’t right with Wren either.

I actually don’t think I like Thea and Wilder together. They are too annoying lol I think a friendship would be better honestly…I want something different. The guy you don’t expect or maybe she is just chill being her and doesn’t need anyone else. SOMETHING

Finally, a little bit of adventure and action…I have a feeling that Thea is related to this other person but at this point I have no clue

Tension is going to be tough throughout the book lol I don’t think Wren is a good person. I think she is a problem and Thea is going to have to do something about it

He can’t pick her to be the apprentice right? That would be too obvious…RIGHT?

That’s it…she lied to him. The relationship will not be the same. Always that dumb tension of whether or not he will find out. He’s going to find out and then he’s going to feel betrayed and she’s going to have to earn his trust back and then there will be a huge make up scene. TELL SOMETHING I DONT STINKING KNOW

Interesting for the most part — already know the love interest…I wish it wasn’t that simple. Excited to see how the storyline plays out though

Not sure how I feel about this. Finally getting to a big battle and there were definitely some twists, but I don’t know if I like any of the characters enough to keep reading after this

Haven’t had much to say about this yet. I feel like I almost don’t know enough about the world to even be interested. I haven’t really even been able to connect with any of the characters and find myself skimming through a lot of description. Going to stick with it for now and see how it goes

Not sure what I thought this was going to be. Interesting so far. Book has referenced Nephilim and “Brother Enoch,” so just being weary of what I’m reading. Not bad though so far. Need some interesting events to occur though

I needed to sleep on this last night. A lot has happened. I think she finally picked his side because her family history is not what it seems. However, I think that later maybe her side will join forces to fight against Mirraven and Caramor. I’m just glad someone knows all her secrets on the royal side even if it’s not HIM.

I’m going to hate the moment she has to betray them or fake betray them. The heartbreak will be crazy not only for Jaren but for Tipp also. Oof, it’s giving me anxiety…

Maybe she just fights her own family instead and her and Jaren marry and life is good (delusional at 9am on a Sunday)

Well…second Ordeal JUST started…not real sure what to think. She obviously survives because she is the only POV in the book. Wish it wasn’t that obvious. However, I feel like Naari is a big sister and Jaren is obviously the love interest. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO TIPP, I WILL BUY A PHYSICAL COPY OF THE BOOK JUST TO BURN IT. No one tell Micah.

Not sure how I was expecting her to survive the first Ordeal, but that wasn’t it and I feel cheated lol the rest of these better be good. Sort of reminding me of Fearless and Paedyn and her Trials, but Paedyn actually used some of her own skills…

It has gotten slightly more interesting. I’m fining myself not caring about the Addie from the 1700s and would rather the story stick with 2014 Addie. I guess I’m going to try and finish it

I’m really trying hard to enjoy this book, but nothing has grabbed my attention. I will give it to 25% but that’s it.
