I'm trying my best to read this as slowly as I can, knowing it's the finale and I want to stay with the characters for longer, but it's so good and painful and amazing. The wait was worth it!

Everything else I'm reading is now on hold because this book has just arrived in my doorstep and I can feel it's the cure for my slump. Eugenides, I can't wait to meet you again.

I am desperate to love this book because I want to get out of my reading slump, but the format of the book is not helping. I don't know if it's due to pages of blocks of text with no dialogue that's throwing me off or just the formatting in general. I read two pages a day and I'm so frustrated at this point.

DNF...not really finding a connection with the MC, which is a shame since I like Egyptian mythology.

Okay, I’m not sure if its just my current reading mood but this book is not grabbing me. This is such a surprise since I love this series. :/

This book has me under a spell. I read it at breakfast before I go to work, I pick it up every spare chance I get at home, and I even forgot my phone exists for HOURS! I’m only taking a breather now just to tell you to grab a copy! It’s so worth the hype and I’m only halfway through <3

So many things happened already but WHY AM I STILL SO FAR AWAY FROM THE END? This is torture...in a very nice way, ofc, because this series is binge-worthy.

Writing and plot pretty good so far. Don't know how similar it is to real life though. Makes me think of a lot of Bravo reality tv shows, seriously.
