not bad not bad but starting off the book with a huge car crash and five drivers being airlifted and one dying in the hospital within the first 2 chapters sure is something. also they showed the crash "because usually nothing bad happens to the drivers" that's literally not true they only show footage when everyone is okay. WHICH WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT THE CASE HERE

love the book but reading about season 7 and 8 is literal torture I don't understand how you can defend those two seasons they're so fucking bad and especially reading about the season 8 finale / series finale pissed me off... the alternate ending where both brothers die and Elena gets to live a human life is much better than the trash we got served in the last episode
