I cried. It was hard to put this one down. I spent the better part of the book yelling at the main character inside my head as I read.

Yeah, I kind of get into my books a little bit. That's what having an awesome imagination is all about though, right?

It held its own. I especially enjoyed King's note at the end. We do need to do things "old school" from time to time and appreciate it.

on that note, I've never read anything with so much regard to bodily noises as this story. Not even any of those by the Marquis de Sade.

I handled it better than I thought I would, being a volunteer to help place abused and neglected dogs in good homes. I found myself feeling very bad for Cujo and what he was going through and I cried at the end for the loss all the different characters experienced. Was it difficult to read? Yes, for many reasons. I still think it was a good book though.
