I’m really enjoying this book! The writing is easily digestible, and the ideas presented throughout are expanding on thoughts I have had about media and how to disconnect in a meaningful way. Highly recommend, I’m really enjoying myself so far.

The writing is still pretty meh, but yay for April for telling her parents! Get em, girl! Very silly book.

I don’t think him not wanting to commit makes him a bad guy? I feel like her reaction was just proof of intense mental issues she was dealing with combined with a careless (then teenage) idiot, but he didn’t seem malicious?

At first, I thought the writing was a bit awkward, but after realising it is a translated work, I think it’s a cute little holiday romance. Not my favourite, and not terribly invested in the characters, but cute enough not to DNF

Pretty cheesy so far, but definitely cute. I’m pretty sure I’ve already guessed every major plot point in the book lol, but it’s an easy little holiday read with neurodivergent rep so I’m not expecting anything life changing, just a Christmas time mood setter

I’m loving her writing and the overall themes in this collection. I’m excited to read more of her work! I’ve loved almost every story I’ve read thus far.
