I’m curious to see if I’ll enjoy the book or the movie more.

Starting off on a down note with this one.

Finally got the first book in this series!

I want to (exploitative deleted) the vampire Bill.
Sookie better share. I like how easy to read this book is. The words just glide through my head, not many pauses to think what does that mean & the movie playing in my head is very smooth as well.

Ig just busted his ass. I literally would have died in this situation just from sheer pain alone.

I love the movie so I’m glad to read the book!

Faybelle is an interesting character! I want her doll so badly!!

I think there’s a reference to fertility struggles with Frankie’s parents. Mr. Stein gets a little upset when Frankie keeps saying she wants a sibling & comments it took them years to make her. I think it’s fertility struggle representation & I think that’s cool.

Not super scary so far in my opinion but it’s been an enjoyable experience following Samantha Byrd around.
