There’s something about a main character that doesn’t want to fight for herself really pains me. 4 or 5 books worth of this is far too much. Also, I’ve realized that I’m fine as long as Bash isn’t mentioned. It’s a shame a single character ruined this series for me. I feel like he wasn’t necessary beyond the beginning of this book.

I don’t think I’m going to finish this series. It shouldn’t hurt to get through a book.

I am only finishing this book because I started it but this is a solid no for me.

I can’t stand Alani. No way a grown woman is so immature. 5 books and no development.

So far it sounds like this could’ve been combined with book 5. This relationship is draining.
