I just got the ARC today. I hope to start it tonight, in between the trick or treaters knocking on my door. I can't wait!

I'm beta reading this for the author. It is freaking amazing so far. I'm on chapter seven.

Amazing. I'm being blown away by this book! I can't wait to see how it ends.

Bullshit! He beats you into a coma, but two weeks later, after you are finally starting to heal, you willingly have sex with him? This is almost getting to be too much. I'm getting as pissed with her as I am with him. If nothing else this book has certainly stirred up emotions in me. Not sure if this is good or bad though.

Holy shit! He just beat the hell out of her for no good reason. I don't care what else happens I don't think there is any way he can make this right. Any sympathy I might have felt for him is totally gone now. There was no excuse for what he did. He needs to be locked up.

I'm not sure what to make of this book. It seems that Claire has given in way too easy. She is in a cage, it may be a gilded cage, but it is still a cage. She has had multiple opportunities to escape, but has not taken advantage of them. Yet she still thinks as if she hates being a prisoner. So far, I'm just not getting her. I hope it becomes clearer as it goes along.

I have decided to read this later.
