The narrator is the same as for katys other book “the murder after the night before” and as it’s a totally different character (and both books are written from the main characters perspective) it’s a little jarring.

I love stories that are about the everyday lives of everyday people with a dash of humour…but so far I’m struggling to stay interested in this one. Some of the plot points feel a bit contrived for our main character or, in some cases, done to death.
