This book is like those movies where you don't see there a ton of plot twists but the main characters can converse well and actually create the story.

THIS BOOK IS SO REFRESHING. I love how they talk about religion here, great friendship and brother-sister bond. And i absolutely love how headstrong Lada is. Still a kid but so fierce in her believes.

I have completely forgotten what the first book was about. And now I'm lost, completely. Can't recall who is who and what had actually happened.

I don't know why I kept updating my progress but dayum this book is so easy to follow and the characters are so loveable

I'm on chapter 24. THE END OF CHAPTER 23 OMG. I just melted. This book. I can relate in so many aspects. I wrote a bunch of words but then there was a character limit. I'll probably write full reviews once I'm finish reading.

Oh god. I'm in love with the characters. They feel so real. And I love the fangirling terms! I'm quite sure I'm going to love this book

I kind of find this book like the typical story line where peasant girl enters the dangerous royal-ish life (like Ames in The Selection and Alina in Shadow and Bone). Not that I hate it but, it's cool. I quite like the way Victoria Aveyard wrote the story
