first time in a long time that a book has made me highlight my kindle frantically with giddiness and excitement rather than annoyance and disappointment

really trying to like Lynn Painter books but it has not worked out that way yet

i’ve been scarred by steven and taylor (tsitp) so the comment poppy just made reminds me of them, but alex is an angel and he would never be misguided by what just happened on a certain balcony in palm springs. . . right?

This book is really tugging on my heart strings. It feels exactly like high school drama and trauma

They’ve talked on the phone a total of maybe 4 times and I’m already beaming from ear to ear

As someone who knows nothing about D&D, this is new but interesting (in a good way). I’m intrigued

this plot is cute in theory, but i feel like the banter between charlie and bailey is too cringe way too often. i’ve read so many books like this, and this isn’t the best execution two characters trying to deny their feelings for each other
