Lisa is finished with Everyone in This Room Will Someday Be Dead
This book dragged mostly for me. I kept wanting to like it more than I did.

Sad, but so full of heart. I was rooting for the author and her kitty family.

Lisa is starting The Let Them Theory: A Life-Changing Tool That Millions of People Can't Stop Talking About
I finished this book, and really enjoyed it. It kind of dragged at the end, but there were lots of good points the author made. You can't control other people's behavior, so stop trying to. Recommended.

Lisa is finished with The Handmaid’s Tale (The Handmaid's Tale, #1)
I'd read parts of this book, but I'd never read it in its entirety (I don't think). Very poignant dystopia about the oppression of women, that hasn't come true, but you never know. Recommended, dark, but a necessary read nonetheless.

Lisa is finished with The Women
An amazing book, sweeping in its scope. I was crying at the end, so I know it was good. Highly recommended.

Lisa is finished with Long After We Are Gone
This was not the best book I've ever written, but was an interesting look at one Black family, their ancestral land, and their struggle to keep it. I'll take another look at the author's other book.
