I'm having trouble with his writing, like I just don't agree with a lot of his conclusions or metaphors. Also there's so much weird repetition of basic facts that doesn't feel intentional?

Chapter 6: discusses how rent for those below the poverty line is barely less than the rent for the best parts of Milwaukee. People who fall behind on rent basically loose their rights as renters

For book club:
Really interesting how he focuses on both the tenants and landlords. Since 1970, there have been quadruple the number of landlords; unethical to own real estate? Interesting how the poor areas of town fear moving to each other
