(February 15th — Chapter 5–10) Ohhh man, the plot thickens. So far, Devryck might (might) be darker than Lucian, but man, this concept is interesting.

(February 14th — Prologue & Chapter 1–4) I started reading this immediately after finishing Master of Salt & Bones, and it’s also amazing so far. Such a compelling story, and I love the gradual reveal of everything, much like with ‘Master.’ Once again, I didn’t want to stop reading!

(Finished — February 14th, 9 PM — the rest of Ch.55, Ch.56–64, & Epilogue) This was the most intrigue-inducing book on my list (no idea what it was actually about), and probably my most highly anticipated. I waited for 5.5 years, and it did NOT disappoint. Excellent story, and it handled the dark, brutal subject matter with a mature and realistic hand, which is why I loved it so much. (Not recommended for everyone.)

(February 9th — Chapter 41–42)

(January 21/23/27(?) — Chapter 9–10, and the beginning of Chapter 11 (I don't remember which day(s?) I read these, but those are the possible days.))

(January 20th — Chapter 34–40) That's probably going to go down in my mind as one of the most satisfying things that I've read. Whoa. I had high hopes for this book, and it's living up to them so far.

(January 19th — Chapter 27–33 (I think?)) Man, that was worrisome. o-o

(January 18th(?) — Chapter 24–26)

(January 15th(?) — Chapter 6–8 (I think I read them all on the same day?))

(January 13th or 14th(?) — Chapter 4–5)

(January 13th or 14th — Chapter 22–23)

(January 12th — Chapter 5–21) Nowww we've gotten to the crux of it. I really like slow burns like this, in which little bits of information are revealed throughout.

(January 8th — Chapter 1 and some of Chapter 2)

(January 7th — Chapter 1–3) So excited to finally get back to these characters~! It’ll be very different from Wolfsgate, but I’m looking forward to some good character progression~ I was thrilled when I finished Wolfsgate and saw that the sequel that I wanted actually existed. ^^

(January 7th — Prologue & Chapter 1–3) I’ve been looking forward to this book for years. Can’t wait to finally have my curiosity sated~

At the end of December, I got 3 months of Kindle Unlimited for $0.99, so I'm focusing on reading as much as I can—books that I would otherwise have to buy. (There are a couple thrown into the lineup that I own.) Let's see how it goes~
