And this is the 4th.book which was included. This book is 3 years later and I don’t want to spoil the Josh and Kat thing, so back to that book before coming back to this one.

And it’s the third book. Why is she just now becoming stupid? If these two would talk to each other they might actually not make this book drag on. I’m going to skip ahead if it does because I’m not in the mood for this.

And this is out of order. I need to stop this one and read the club trilogy. I’ll be back for this one.

If someone that wasn’t the author read this book, it might be better. I can’t stay focused on it as the author is the narrator and isn’t the best for the job imo.

And this is dragging ass. There’s been so much interference and foolishness that a simple HONEST CONVERSATION would have solved. I get it, it’s a book. That’s the plot. Still, it could have gotten there 6 chapters ago.

And I’m done. The girl thinks they’re being nice to her. I’m sure her definition and mine are quite dissimilar. They’ve taken advantage of her but also have taken her in…yeah…nope. DNF @ 12%

This book is dragging ass. Ex shows up and rains on the parade of everyone. He needs to be ejected from this story because he’s a douche. These MCs are so whiny and let the bad seed get away with too much. I’m seriously wanting to smack the shit out of these people!

And I want to smack these people upside their stupid heads. This is a pain in the ass all this sneaking around and keeping secrets.

And I’m understanding some things but still confused about a lot of things.

They’re still being stupid, but they’re not giving up which is good. Now they’re on another wild goose chase and the universe is delaying them all the time to keep their stupidity from creating a bigger mess. But that’s a lot of stupid to deal with and that’s going to be a challenge.

Omfg. If these three numpties don’t stop acting like they don’t have the sense to pour water out of a boot when the instructions are on the heel…they’re freaking out about these retrieval teams. Like a team will show up, spend 5 min looking and give up? AYFKM?!

I’ve read the first two books in the series twice and enjoyed them. This one is a bit of a confusing mess. The time travelers in the first two books were a lot smarter and able to adapt. These three are the result of some kind of helicopter parenting. They can’t think for themselves!

Well, this book bundle is read by AI. That means words are mispronounced (lead as in leader and lead as in the element is only one example. The lack of inflections is annoying. I’d listen if it wasn’t a robot reading it. DNF at 45%

And I’m moving on to something else. This book sort of just…stinks. It’s flat like a hollowed out pumpkin and I don’t give a damn about any of these people.

And the struggle is real.

Jane is almost too stupid to live. I’m not sure I’m going to read past this one.

And I’m waiting for something to make me want to keep reading this.

And this book isn’y doing it for me. I’m at 4% and already annoyed by the characters. I’m going to 86 this book.

And idk. I’m really struggling with this book because this woman who hired her is clearly mental. Gaslighting attempts all over the place!

I’m still waiting for some sort of plot to show up. I’m going to move to another book and come back to this one…maybe.

This book is annoying and is dragging. I’m about to “yeet” it over the fence.

And I have been laughing so hard at parts of this book.

Omg this book is hysterically crazy!

I started this book and have been sucked into this world. This is a fresh and delightful new book in my life!

And I’m bored to tears waiting for shit to happen. I’m going to DNF this one.

And it’s so boring I think if I had to choose, I’d watch paint dry.

This book is incredibly boring and I really hope people back then didn’t talk this way. I’m DNF at 9%. I just can’t with this one.

I’m not sure this one is for me. I’m 11% in, totally confused and a little bit annoyed. It’s looking like a DNF. No real reason other than there’s no one interesting in this book.

I can’t even with this book. “She was the patriarch” is bad enough but this is so OTT ridiculous that I’m about to DNF this waste of my time.

This book is sort of a meandering mess. I’m getting bored. Maybe it will be a DNF, maybe not.
