Me picking this up totally not knowing that a Korean film that I’ve been wanting to watch was in spired but this book. Also retired serial killer with Alzheimers is a really interesting plot device 👌🏻

Lindqvist is noted as Sweden’s Stephen king… I’ll be the judge of that. Also the praises for this book also compared him to Neil Gaiman… you have my attention.

I don’t know is it only me that finds the writing unnecessarily complicated?! or maybe the gaps between the lines plays a factor too? The pages are not exactly filled out with text and was initially thought to be a fast read but I think I’m proven wrong?

It’s getting pretty messed up for sure. Would hate to lose like 9 teeth for (undisclosed) $50,000?!

At this point I’m still loving the book 👀 also I lost count of how many pages that I’ve dogeared because either there are facts that I really wanna research or that whatever is happening in the book is too similar to what is going on in real life now (I.e pandemic and mask wearing and political stuff)
