Quite a to-the-point book.
The book gives a clear view of the history of mental health, which points out where we’re at in terms of mental health. The author lists out different attitudes and approaches to mental problems in recent history.
A new paradigm - a paradigm concerned with trauma, dissociation, attachment, and neuroscience - seems to be a better paradigm.

Finished the second part. Still digesting and feeling the words. I'm ignoring the annotations for now.
