DNF'd

Brisingr is finished! I’m at the point where many of the events blur together with those in Inheritance, but the one thing I always look forward to in this book is the section with Rhunon. I’m sad this series is drawing to a close so quickly- it feels like, despite my best efforts, I just keep reading faster and faster!

Finished Eldest! A confession about this book: I loved the elves so much that I would sometimes skip Roran’s perspective. Very glad I’ve grown out of that habit- they are a wild ride!

End of book one!!

As I enter my last year of undergrad, I'm going to reread my favorite series of all time- The Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini. When I started college, I reread the entire series and it helped me feel at home on campus. Now, as I prepare to leave, I'm reading it to reflect on how great stories (in text or in memory) never truly leave us.
