Not done but setting aside so finished for now.

Meh. I felt it was a rehash of a lot of previously published material about happiness, "flow", effects of childhood adversities, and personal health....It was presented in a very readable way but didn't introduce me to a lot of new information about kindness.

It's more in depth than I wanted. Since my knowledge of Objectivism is limited, it was a little tedious for me.

I bailed midway through. I can't really judge since it's just not my cup of tea.
