The book is an in depth analysis of the ideologies behind Nobuo Uematsu music. I enjoyed deeply the ideas behind and the coverage of musical theory. To be honest I know minimal about music theory thus a great deal of base knowledge was absent. I had to take a dive into what I would need to know reading this. Otherwise exceptionally good book.
