Started with the audio book and was gripped and picked up the hard copy the next day.
Thoroughly enjoyed the plot, it wasn’t where I thought it was going to go so that was a fun turn, but I felt deflated by the ending. The last 1/5 I’d say, felt flat compared to the rest of the book, even a little bit messy. But it was a good read none the less.

I tried. I really tried, second attempt reading it, I got a few chapters in, but the writing is awful. Unnecessary information that adds nothing to the plot, some lines feel completely out of place and I’ve had to re-read thinking am I’m going crazy or did it definitely not make sense.

It just felt like rambling and like it hadn’t been thought through. A dot to dot with no actual image.
