Jenny is 50% done with The Graves Are Walking: The Great Famine and the Saga of the Irish People

This is the first book I’ve read about the Irish Famine. I don’t know much about it prior to this. So far I’m enjoying the book (as much as you can enjoy a book about such a horrific experience people went through). The author has done a good job explaining how the famine started, attempts to assist those affected by it, and obstacles to those attempts.
