After 10 days of reading this book, I'm calling it quits. It's boring, poorly written and self-serving. And of the hundreds of books I've read over the years, this is becoming only the second to go on the "didn't finish" shelf.

Less than 1,000 pages left! 😁

Reached page 2000 today, officially supplanting The Complete Sherlock Holmes (1897 pages) as the longest book I’ve ever read (War and Peace was “only” 1802 pages).

The bad news? I’ve been reading this book for 25 days and I’m not even 1/3 the way through it. (My Kindle says I have 65 hours left in the book.)

The good news? It’s (so far been) a really entertaining book!

I've been saving this book for #52 of the year. At 6,680 pages it's roughly 5 times longer than War and Peace, which took me a month to read. So this one is probably going to take me a while...

I guess I’ve never read a 1900 page book before, but this one’s taking longer than I expected.

For a children's book, this sure is taking me a long time to read. ;-)

I like that it's testing my previous Spanish knowledge and teaching me new words in a fun context.
