Can't believe I'm actually appreciating the work of Andy Warhol.

the fictional aspect is very strange, as it reads more autobiographical and extremely fragmented. i’d be lying if i said the language wasn’t evocative, but the underlying story is very vague. an unconventional move so far, and i want to like it

there are so many goddamn lists and footnotes; but i understand why they’re there

God damn Bradbury really wants you to understand that this is a dystopia and everyone's gotta remember books and everything like that. It's an important message, but I think there's a better way to convey it than by monologues.

Now Bradbury’s getting a little too preachy for my dystopian novel liking.

Bradbury’s prose is a lot more unique than I remember it being.
