I read section 3 about repairing relationships due to personal difficulties and found it so valuable that I am going back to the beginning to read the entire book. This on the heels of reading Peterson's marriage advice in Chapter 10 of "Beyond Order" (Plan and Work Diligently to Maintain the Romance in Your Relationship), the essential element of which was *negotiation*.

It's hard to slog through some of these writings. I'm currently on the Sibylline Oracles and very much looking forward to the Testaments.

I'm definitely enjoying and finding value in the listen. However, I think this book is such that I am going to have to read it rather than listen to it to maximize my take-aways.

I've found "Beyond Order" to be an excellent complement to "12 Rules for Life," and I wish I would have read the latter in 2018, the former in 2021, and applied those 24 rules in my life since then. Undoubtedly, I would have taken advantage of more possibilities and avoided more dangers than I have. I've taken the habit of providing the set to every young man I hope will read them.

I went through these in high school and am reviewing nearly 15 years later. This is quite the experience! I'm re-learning a lot.

I've read this book 3-4 times. One of my favorite books, for sure. Enjoying the re-read and different things are hitting me differently now.

I am quite enjoying McGrew's "Testimonies to the Truth." I find most of here arguments therein to be compelling. This book helps with critically engaging critical scholarship on the Gospels.

I love that the work starts with the ancient civilizations of Mesopotamia and Egypt!
