BROOOOOOOOO!!! Ain't NO WAY! Sarah J Maas is not seeing the pearly gates for this!! 😭😭😭

When are we getting an Elaine POV?! 🫠

I feel like Sarah J. Maas must hate Lucien. Justice for my boy—immediately!!

I cant with Nesta and Cassian fr 😒

WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!?!

C******e is an a*********?!?!

This book is DENSE. such an epic story so far, but wondering when we'll get out of this lake... Also if they have to counter on foot, why were they allowed to spend any time on the wind ship? ⛵️

Super fun read so far 🤩

A literal horse girl, a coke-fueled island full of mythical creatures, and a mysterious deadbeat father. Im INVESTED 😶‍🌫️

Okay, finally something not predictable is happening.

I don't get the hype so far, but im gonna give it til 40%

Odysseus is simply not a good person lmao

Homer is so biased towards the Greeks. My man is naming every Greek, both parents’ lineages, and the city they’re from, but when it comes to the Trojans it’s like… Guy Manderson, Hector’s homeboy.

Agamemnon is SO messy lmao I’d be pissed off too #stopthesteal

Started getting good at 30%

I’m inhaling this book 😅🤠

really enjoying this novel already

Loving this plot but getting really bored with the 60ish pages on mia’s background. I just don’t care for her as a character and want to get back to the present timeline.

The character development in Harlan Coben novels is just *chefs kiss*

I am just not in the mood for this book. Going to have to come back to it another time :/

To be honest, I’m getting kind of bored with this book. The topic of colorism and racism is important and I think the concept of the lost sister is interesting but idk. I’m just not hooked yet.

*potential spoiler*

Starting to think Cunningham killed Thomas Hardcastle and is responsible for Helena’s disappearance.

This book is sooo good so far. I already know I’m going to have to read it again in case I missed something.

"... policemen, collectively, contribute to the conditions which cause riots and then overreact to phenomena they create. this sense of fear and threat seems to carry over when police are off duty. It also seems to affect one of their off-duty occupations, the forming of political opinions."
