really enjoying this novel already

Loving this plot but getting really bored with the 60ish pages on mia’s background. I just don’t care for her as a character and want to get back to the present timeline.

The character development in Harlan Coben novels is just *chefs kiss*

I am just not in the mood for this book. Going to have to come back to it another time :/

To be honest, I’m getting kind of bored with this book. The topic of colorism and racism is important and I think the concept of the lost sister is interesting but idk. I’m just not hooked yet.

Starting to think Cunningham killed Thomas Hardcastle and is responsible for Helena’s disappearance.

This book is sooo good so far. I already know I’m going to have to read it again in case I missed something.
