if you read webtoons i highly recommend this !!

why am i enjoying this a decent amount (maybe because the first few chapters turned me off so much LOL) i really like the interactions with the grandmother and waylay. i kind of really dislike whenever nash and knox end up in the same room. and knox makes me roll my eyes more than i appreciate him. but i'll continue i kind of want to know how this ends up with 572 pages HAHA

i think i mixed this book up with another one when i got it from the library because i was fully expecting fake dating but clearly no LOL. But i figured wth might as well check this book out

i feel like i'm reading a badly written wattpad novel (not to say all wattpad novels are bad but if you read this you'll get what i mean) these ppl do NOT act like adults. hoping it gets better after the niece appears though

progressing at a snail's pace after uni started #FREEME (jk) and ad passes are not helping BUT i will be hanging in there because this is honestly so fun?? super creative, i love being able to see different people's cells (give us woong and babi's cells' pov rn pls we need to know what's happening) honestly the only downside might be the comment section where ppl jump to conclusions way too quickly

good stuff, really creative

i just finished the first short story and it was shorter than i was expecting

i stole the first ranker's soul
=> i think this might be the first time i'm reading one of these "suddenly gain powers, slay montsters" kind of stories with a female mc, excited

the formatting got me kind of irritated in the beginning because it got my eyes a little pain,, like wdym this paragraph is so long that it spans across FIVE PAGES with no paragraph breaks?? but after awhile my eyes got used to it ig and it didn't bother me, and i was really able to focus in on the story

when ppl said four horsemen, i thought they meant actual horses LMAO

the story was kinda different than what i thought it would be, but i'm still enjoying it :)

nikolai is interesting (but maybe if i didn't know abt nikolai i would have found his reveal more impactful ngl 😭)
the darkling makes me want to throw shit at him and recoil at the same time
i sense a fight between mal and alina incoming

i like that the reveal of who 'Bo' was happened fairly early on as i don't think i could have taken it if the reveal was dragged out because it was so obvious SKHSH

i like the the court politics happening it makes it much more interesting hhh. i do not vibe with the writing style unfortunately, i'm not sure how to describe it, it feels slightly info-dumpy(?) but not exactly too

interested to see how things play out

have read webtoons for many years and i think i've found THE one for me
extremely fleshed out characters and their relationships with one another, character development of mc (AMY) and the other mains (KEVIN NAM) and the side characters (esp amy's family, and esp aaron)
took me on an absolute journey and made me feel all kinds of emotions was literally tearing up
left with last ep and spin offs :" can't wait for tmr

i am LOSING my mind over this series 10/10 fav number 1 webtoon read so far (and i've read a lot!) it is so so so good screaming crying kicking my feet feeling all 13979403 emotions aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

i'm only on the 40 something chapter but this is already a huge contender for one of my favourite webtoons read ever, which is a huge thing .

i think the banter is pretty fun, but the writing style is quite telling and not showing and it's sometimes quite abrupt and takes me a bit out from the story lol

liking the mc, ml and the model girl so far :D

2. so the mcs are Kendall and Max. but girl mc Kendall is currently crushing on this guy Jamie,, and honestly, i kinda like Jamie-- man 😫 Jamie is an avid photographer and he's just a pretty nice soul

3. was honestly not expecting jamie and max to be friends-

4. feels like family is going to be a pretty big part of the book, and i am ALL for it

1. they break up over text when she's on hike
2. they don't break up but she still falls in love with guy during hike

starting off with a sorta 'meh' start
