Got through 70% of the book and although the story was okay, it was so drawn out that I didn’t want to keep reading. I quit after chapter 28. There was still so much of the book left and I had already invested so much time in the book. It probably would make a great 2 1/2 hour movie, but the suspense was no longer suspenseful because it took 10 to 15 business days to get to any action.

Meh. I like this author, and normally her characters are pretty cute and funny, but I didn’t care for any of the characters in this book.

This book was so boring. It was like a reading, a horrible textbook. I wanted to like it, and I kept hoping the story would get better, but it didn’t. It was like listening to a potentially interesting story told by an incredibly boring person who drags things out. I quit 65% through the book.
