Life has been so hectic lately and haven't had much time to read non-audio books unfortunately but really enjoying this so far! I'm very intrigued by it

As a lot of sensitive people do, I struggle with being a massive people-pleaser and over-apologising. I'm usually very skeptical of self-help books but hoping I can get something out of this.

Not sure I was in the right headspace to read this a few years ago as I kept comparing it to Normal People, so gonna give it a reread.

Books like these are why I love memoirs and reading! Being able to put yourself in somebody else’s shoes is absolutely priceless and the world should be doing more of it
