Okay… I’m loving this book so far. And I’m obsessed with the mystery of the garden 👀👀 the little past/present thing we have going on.

It also deals with grief so beautifully and I have to kind of detach myself from Sophie sometimes because I cannot think too much about losing my bestie and what that’s would do to me.

Honestly… why are we mad Charlie got her first kiss? Like… Sam FUMBLED so hard. And I know it’s showing who he is but you can’t blame Charlie for keeping Percy from spiraling and thinking shes just so gross to a bo.

Idk man. I love complex characters and I’ve basically written a dissertation for each of them and I think they’re so fascinating I could have done another hundred pages of this.

But… what’s unforgivable is that Percy’s therapist has been ROBBING HER BLIND!! Because what do you mean… there’s been basically 0 change from teen to now

I feel bad for what I’m probably going to rate this book. But here’s hoping the last 40% change my mind

I’m already dreading the ending that breaks my heart and brings me immediately into part II

All I can say is I’m scared 😂😂 TikTok is not helping this fear nor is talking to others that have read the series 😂😂😂

When there’s this much action, the lack of spice isn’t minded.
I do have to keep reminding myself this girl is a teenager so she’s going to talk and think like one lol.
The first 30% read kind of slow for me, but once I got to 40% I was invested
