Second attempt reading this - I set it down after a bout of flu led to spilling cough medicine on the last 100 pages of footnotes, temporary homelessness, and moving. Only vague recollections of the main players, so started from the beginning again. Reached the filmography footnote again. Slogging through but bookmarked for later.
