Luise is 55% done with Neuro-Discipline: Everyday Neuroscience for Self-Discipline, Focus, and Defeating Your Brain’s Impulsive and Distracted Nature (Live a Disciplined Life Book 6)
I generally enjoy this style of book. A bit science here, an example there, a summary at the end of each chapter. Except, and I admit that it might be a me problem, basically every example is about losing weight. Out of all the examples where people could use the techniques for some self discipline, and there are plenty, why does it have to be about losing weight so much?
