Most of the book is written like a sales pitch. He is good at it verbally! I bought the book after hearing him on a podcast. I was hoping for more depth. The routine makes me feel amazing, though! I am jumping to the pages I need to know more about- affirmations & visualization.

I find it impressive that Ishiguro, a male author, can write from a female child's eyes so wonderfully. I can relate it to my childhood.
