Back on this bullshit I guess. It's been like a year since I first picked it up but I'm not relistening to 10+ hours.

Also all the autism speculation shit is goofy on all sides but that's to be expected I suppose.

The narrator's pronunciation of Japanese words is embarrassing. Please stop.

Maybe it's just because of the year that I'm reading this book in but it's extremely funny that bro is acting like the Wayback Machine is some arcane sorcery that he discovered in the ancient tomes

I was pondering the lack of gore or explicit scenes in this book and then... *that* scene happened. It's rare that a book makes me feel physically ill, or makes me stop with my hands over my face muttering "oh no no no" to myself. Good job, Grady.

All these men suck so bad

Already really enjoying this one. The characters and their voices are so strong and the writing isn't grating.

I think I'm just going to take the L and DNF this book. I'm just not particularly interested in these goings-on, especially when so much of the book is just secondhand embarrassment moments from the author. I'm glad she wrote it and the book is out there but I think it's time for me to put it to rest.

Got to the big reveal and it continues to be Fine. Idk I'm mostly just tired of this book. The concept is cool but I think the writing would benefit from being spookier and more confusing.

Idk why I've been progressing so slowly in this book. It's not awful but I don't find it terribly captivating.
