I've never read a book where it was more obvious the author was very active on 2012 tumblr, and I'm not even saying that in a bad way. It's just fascinating.

I can see the metaphorical car crash coming, all the signs of exactly how it's gonna play out, and feel the secondhand embarrassment already creeping in... AND yet, I'm still gonna read this because Lana didn't raise a quitter!
