Meticulous and extensively researched ironically this might be.. the best book, I read this year.

“Deelightful”read, Gary Stevenson chronicles his journey from working class smart kid to successful trader for “Citi”. This is almost like Michael Lewis all over again, super entertaining.

This book is a fucking masterpiece, Im not sorry about the language either.With what almost seems to be photographic level recall, Miles details his journey. This effort reminds me of the Alex Haley’s - Malcolm X autobiography, so rich, so natural and so important. His life protrudes from the pages, the roughness all the flaws. Just wonderful. Thank you Miles.

Im about 50 pages in and, this level of pragmatism in politics, that JFK displays here, honestly reminds me slightly of what I read for Robert Caro’s LBJ . Super interesting stuff.. courage in politics is an extremely delicate and fascinating subject.
