So close to DNFing this book. So many repetitive storylines. From the purple valentine's day moon in the last book to everyone getting absorbed by the tree in this one, it's just the same story on repeat. And just when you think that maybe something good will happen, NOPE! Vogel's shadow comes back with a vengeance and can tear down even the strongest of wards that have stood for centuries.
