This book has been very up and down for me. Sometimes, she says stuff I need to hear or will share a meaningful/sad story, and then right after something so incredibly random and kinda weird will come up

Just watched The Dinosaurs mini docuseries on Netflix last night, and it was a great pairing with this book!

Unrelated to this book, but I can't decide if I should change my reading goal for the year or just see how many books I can go over it🤔

I can't believe I used to hate nonfiction. Dinosaurs rock!

there is so much power in humiliation, which I find so fascinating. it can really break someone.

better than the 1st two so far, but we'll see if I keep it. too early to tell.

I will finish this, but I fear I will also be getting rid of it.

Just got through the longest freaking chapter (39pgs), which is diabolical since most chapters are about 10 pgs, and saw I only had 6 pages left til part three. Decided to keep reading, and those 6 pages have me absolutely gagged!! I am scared!!

The next chapter is crazy long compared to all these other ones😭
