I feel like I'm reading a Hallmark movie.

This kept me up late last night because it is so intense and intriguing so far but I could definitely do without the backhanded political comments!

Alright, let's see why this book gets so much hate...

This book is killing me a little bit every chapter. 😭🤧🥺

Me at 50%: But when will something *actually* happen? This is progressing so slow. I'll read a chapter to wind down before bed, it'll put me right to sleep. Me at 3am 71% in: I know I need to sleep, but how?!?!??!?! It is all hitting the fan! Miss Hannah. Ma'am! Y u do this to me?!?!?!?

Taking a break from this. These characters are annoying and the writing feels so juvenile. I'm finding it hard to care or stay interested.
